6.1 Deposits

13.1 aff777 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) provision of false or inaccurate registration information; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within required timeframes; (d) suspected money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime; (e) conduct harmful to other players or to the integrity of the platform; (f) direction from PAGCOR or any competent Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

13.2 Where an Account is closed due to a Terms breach or regulatory requirement, aff777 may, at its discretion, withhold all or part of the Account balance pending investigation and in compliance with applicable law. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the player via the registered withdrawal method.
